The agency shall provide Nursing and personal care services by a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Medication Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Unlicensed Aides to adult (19-100 + years old) and pediatric (5-18 years old) patients in patients in Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Charles, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George’s, Queen Anne’s, St. Mary’s, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, Worcester counties in the State of Maryland.
PURPOSE
To provide comprehensive, high-quality, individualized care service in accordance with the attending physician’s treatment plan while complying with applicable Federal and State Rules and Regulations.
